Steven leads Data & Analytics Strategy for Hilton, encompassing Analytics, Data Science, Platforms & Data Strategy. The overall mission is to disrupt the hospitality industry through data and analytics. Steven joined Hilton 6+ years ago following two successful startups, building a Bioinformatics company from scratch and 6 years of consulting, primarily in the Federal space. Prior roles include standing up a centralized Product Management team with duties including the launching of some of Hilton’s newer brands, rebuilding Hilton’s signature benefit (Team Member Travel) and building a data driven approach to product; running Hilton’s Owner Strategy & Analytics; and leading Hilton’s Innovation Lab.
