Meg King is the Strategic and National Security Advisor to the Wilson Center’s CEO and President, as well as the Coordinator of the Science and Technology Innovation Program (STIP). Previously, she was an international project manager for the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program.
From 2008 to 2011, she was senior legislative assistant to the Chair of the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Intelligence, Information Sharing, and Terrorism Risk Assessment. She began her career as a research assistant for the Homeland Security Project at the Center for the Study of the Presidency.
She is a member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies and the Women in International Security Network.
