Ed Engles

Based in Washington D.C., Ed Engles is an Accenture Managing Director whose primary focus is helping global communications industry clients transform their Marketing, Sales and Customer Service functions. As part of his client management responsibilities, Engles leads Accenture’s participation in the award-winning Verizon Wireless Enhanced Customer Engagement program. This program won the AI & Automation Initiative of the Year category in the 2019 Global Telecoms (“GLOTEL”) awards, which recognize innovation in advancing and transforming the telecom industry.  Engles has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) qualification in Marketing & Management from Loyola University, Baltimore.
